We held our Ninja Warrior event on November 17, 2022.  Ninja Warrior is located in Equalize Fitness (1 Odell Plaza #190 Yonkers, NY).  Ninja Warrior has camps for children ages 4-13.  The staff split our participants up into two groups.  Officers Theotokatos and Clerigio of the Yonkers Police Department also ran through the obstacle course with the youth.  The course includes a salmon ladder, air doors, a circuit board, a cliffhanger, rings and hooks, monkey bars and a 20-foot climbing wall.  The climbing wall proved to be the participants favorite, as they all gathered around to cheer for another as they attempted to run up it.  The participants showed their resolve by mastering the obstacles that were challenging to them in the beginning of the event.  At the conclusion of the event the youth, their families, and the officers sat together and ate lunch catered by Gianna’s Family Deli (867 Midland Avenue Yonkers, NY).  All participants were issued a customized The Five-0 Lead ninja headband, an at home obstacle course, and other ninja themed favors.
